Paper Funday Challenge #58 - All Dressed Up

Hi Friends, 

I hope you are well today.

Over at Paper Funday, it is challenge Day, and today's challenge is "Anything Goes" but there is an Optional Twist of "Use Yellow, Orange, Green".  I would like to say thank you to our wonderful Sponsors, who are All Dressed Up  and Colour of Love.

I will be using an image from All Dressed Up called Busy Shopping

How cute is this image? It pairs up nicely with an old stamp set that I have in my stash.  

When I saw this image I had a lash of inspiration, I wanted a French theme.  I mean which girl would not love to be shopping in Paris.

I decoupaged the lady, who I think looks very much like an Emily, and the shopping bags, hat boxes and dog to give it some dimension. 

Doesn't Emily look better with some added dimension to her?

I stamped some script and roses in a platinum colour, and over stamped them with a Parisian postage stamp

As this was not going to be a card, but a page in my journal, I decided to use space (which was ideal for a Birthday sentiment) for the phrase I love You. 

I shaded the floor area with distress ink.  There is nothing worse than having your buildings floating in the air :)
