Wow, December already, have you got your stockings up yet?

Welcome to another Inspiration Station Challenge Design Team Entry.  This month's entry is inspired by the photo:

Isn't that photo the epitome of Christmas?  There doesn't seem anything more magical than a Disney Christmas.  When I saw this photo, I was inspired to make a Snow Globe.  I think there is something about that float that just shouted out to me.
