This Paper Tube Lavender Sachet from  Maria Chatzi  is a great way to use up items around your home.  These handmade sachets work well in your drawer or closet and make wonderful gifts for loved ones.  Materials: ·          A piece of white tulle, 5.9 inches long and about 11.6 inches wide ·          Four ribbons, 2.8 long each, any purple (dark or light) will do - they could also be checked or striped ·          A piece of purple waxed jewellery string, 9,8 long ·          A round bead (any colour), with a hole big enough for your waxed string to go through it if folded in half ·          A long embroidery needle with a large hole ·          A small paper rose, colour: white ·      ...

Personalized bunting from fat quaters

Wow.... What a productive day i have had today.  Not only have i managed to do all my housework...yey, vistited family, fixed my dads laptop, sorted the children out... dont a little rather a lot of pinteresting I have made some fabulous personalised bunting for the bedroom doors.  I bought 3 fat quarters when i visited a totally quaint little store in Morecombe over the weekend. My son and daughter already had wooden bunting that I made a few years ago, but it was getting rater familiar, so here you go.... For Chloe's Bedroom For Luke's Bedroom and not forgetting ....... Our Bedroom What do you think?

Personalised Jute Pencil Case... oh go on then :)

If you are not aware of the craze for Personalised Jute bags at the present, then you must be living on the moon. Towie star Amy Childs goes nowhere without her bag. So guess what, yes u guessed it.... I tried it. I started with a cute drawing that I found on Deviantart Transferred the drawing on to the Jute fabric Finally......Here is my attempt at a Pencil case. SO what do you think?

Hello once again, welcome back... or should i say its great to be back.... yes a whole year has flown by since i last wrote anything on here.... What a year it has been.  A friend told me at the start of 2013 it would be an epic year, and by golly it has been. We have been blessed with our first grandchild Ethan We inherited a kitten named Three My son Luke started school My daughter Chloe started nursery Started my bobble making Been on holiday - to Whitby and Scarborough Wow, so much has happened this year, and i have a feeling that 2014 will be just as fun and jam packed .
